Our services include home and business onsite visits, laptop/netbook/desktop PC repairs, hardware diagnostics and repairs, software installations, virus removal and protection, wireless network installations and servicing, router installations and network troubleshooting.

for a same day service! You can book an onsite visit for your home or business by calling 02070471917 for all London areas. Our friendly engineers will ask you a few questions in order to determine if the problem you are experiencing can be resolved at your premises. If this is the case, we will make sure an engineer visits you up to 3 hours after you call has been received. However, if the repair cannot be undertaken onsite, we will discuss the options of your computer being delivered to our office. Collection is normally done by a member of our staff, and an additional charge to the service may occur. You will be given a clear and precise price quotation before a booking is made. Our onsite services are charged by the hour (a minimum booking time applies), but for all work done in our office you will be quoted a fixed price.
