Our onsite services cover all London areas within the M25, and are available 7 days a week between the hours of 9am and 8pm. We strive to be able to send an engineer to you with 3 hours after your call is received on 02084528900. How does it work? When you call us, we need you to give us a brief description of the problem. No technical knowledge is required - just call, and our friendly staff will ask you a couple of questions; we just need to know what we're dealing with before sending an engineer to you. What can we service onsite? Almost anything. We can remove viruses, setup your network, resolve wireless networking issues, deal with server issues, upgrade your computer, optimize the speed of the computer, resolve heat related issues, as well as perform recovery of your operating system. What can't be done onsite? It is recommended that services such as motherboard replacement, screen replacement, laptop VGA troubleshooting, laptop overheating and laptop/netbook OS recovery is done in our office, rather than at the client's premises. Saving your data - always our first priority! The first thing that an engineer will do when restoring your operating system onsite is to save your data. If the circumstances do not allow this, they will not proceed, and will suggest to collect your computer and extract your data to secure media in our office. Cost Using our onsite services is slightly more expensive than bringing your computer to our office. We do not have a call-out charge, and we do not charge for the time of travel.
