Our main priority is to deliver competent and professional onsite IT support in a timely fashion. We aim to respond within 3 hours of receiving your call, and we're proud to say that in 95% of all cases we're achieving it.
All onsite services have minimum booking time of 2 hours, which means that even if the engineer completes the job in less time, you will still be charged for two hours. We offer competitive rates which get even more lucrative if you are a contract customer.
